We are seeking a committed, self-driven, individual with honed sales and customer engagement experience with a desire to fulfill clients’ needs vs. just selling a product. In our agency, our goal is simple: treat our prospective and current clients like we’d want our family to be treated, while providing honest, transparent and impactful information related to insurance coverage and options.

As an agency producer, you will contact, engage, market and sell a diverse portfolio of insurance products to existing clients and new clients. You will be expected to meet short- and long-term goals for personal and agency growth.

The Expected Stuff

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand coverage needs.
  • Craft applicable insurance quotes.
  • Convey information and differentiators in a transparent and compelling manner.
  • Be comfortable with asking for the sale.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships and provide necessary follow-up support.
  • Stay updated on competing products and services and stay ahead of the game.
  • Demonstrate the ability and desire to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Support routine active policy service requests, i.e., endorsements, eligibility, coverages, transfers, claims, and billing.

The Required Stuff

  • A “choose your attitude” personality.
  • Licensed in Property/Casualty and/or Life/Health (and willingness to obtain additional licenses).
  • Demonstrated customer engagement and service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong and focused work ethic.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus!
