Insulator General Labor

Pay: $18-$20+ DOE/hr (Full-Time, Long-Term; OT as needed)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:45am-4:30pm
Location: Grand Forks, ND

About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join a well-established Grand Forks company as Insulator General Laborers. This role involves assisting with a variety of construction-related tasks, including installing waterproofing on foundations, insulating homes and multifamily projects, applying air barriers on commercial buildings, and installing spray foam.

This is a fully trainable position with long-term growth potential for the right person. If you're reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn, this could be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Install insulation, waterproofing, air barriers, and spray foam on residential and commercial projects.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials to required dimensions, using blueprints and instructions.
• Operate and set up tools/machinery safely and efficiently.
• Verify quality to ensure all work meets project specifications.
• Move, load, and organize materials as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug test and DOT physical.
• Clean criminal history (reviewed case by case).
• Consistent work history with proven reliability.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to do basic math and accurate measurements.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Construction experience preferred, but not required - training provided.
