The Opportunity

Join our team as an Independent Contractor Sales Professional and earn substantial commissions selling premium hydraulic fracturing hoses to the Oil & Gas industry. With commissions starting at $5,000+ per transaction and no earnings cap, your income potential is directly tied to your industry expertise and sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for New Business: Identify and pursue new prospects within the hydraulic fracturing sector
• Manage Full Sales Cycle: From initial contact through closing and ongoing customer relationships
• Own Your Territory: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business
• Leverage Warm Leads: Convert inbound prospects generated by our marketing efforts
• Utilize Premium Tools: Access HubSpot CRM, automated contact systems, and dynamic quoting tools

What You Bring

Essential Requirements:

• Current Oil & Gas Industry Experience OR extensive industry background
• Proven network of contacts within hydraulic fracturing operations
• Deep understanding of oil rig operations and equipment needs
• Hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to generate new business
• Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based compensation
