Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable HVAC installers to join our team. As an installer you would be responsible for installing replacement heating, ventilations and air conditioning systems. This would include furnaces, boilers and heat pumps both ducted and ductless. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality service.
Responsibilities
* Install HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, ERVS and heat pumps both ducted and ductless
* Read and interpret plans, diagrams and technical specifications
* Mathematical skills
* Inspect and test systems to ensure proper functioning
* Ensure installations meet code requirements and company standards
* Communicate with customers how to operate the system and maintenance requirements
* Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles.
Qualifications
* HVAC/EPA certification or 1 year of experience in HVAC
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the customer
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in various environments and weather conditions
* Valid driver's license
Hourly pay range $30.00 -$40.00
Work location: In person. Must reliably commute to Montpelier, VT 05602.
