Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various insulation techniques and materials, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to work collaboratively with other trades.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications and building codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine insulation requirements for different projects.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for insulation installation.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks as needed to ensure a smooth surface for insulation application.
• Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to integrate insulation into building structures.
• Apply airless paint spraying techniques when necessary for finishing touches on insulation projects.
• Conduct quality checks on installed insulation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insulation installation or related construction fields.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction drawings.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials and their applications.
• Skills in concrete finishing, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and plaster work are highly desirable.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
