Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead the development and implementation of project management best practices. Act as the primary contact for customer escalations, claims, and negotiations. Monitor team capacity and align resources with current and future demand. Drive collaboration between North America and our Swiss headquarters. Support strategic planning with major accounts and during warranty phases. Identify skill gaps and implement development plans for team growth. Track KPIs and lead performance improvement initiatives. Ensure financial control and reporting through regular project reviews. Your Background PMP certification required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in people management. Proven experience in technical project execution within industry.
