This will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, preference, and working arrangement. About the Role We are looking for someone who can both write and hunt. This role is responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals, while also proactively identifying new funding opportunities and building relationships that lead to awarded funds. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and track grant opportunities at federal, state, private, and foundation levels Prepare and submit persuasive proposals, LOIs, and reports Maintain an organized pipeline of deadlines, submissions, and award statuses Communicate with agencies, foundations, and partners as needed Work with internal teams to gather required information Drive measurable results toward awarded grants Ideal Candidate Demonstrated success securing grants Strong research, writing, and organizational skills Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven Able to manage multiple complex deadlines Clear, professional communication style Comfortable working independently or within a small team Why This Role You’ll have a stable base paired with uncapped upside.
