Grade and Yield Input/Camera Operator

The following Candidate to fill the Selection Panel Operator position will need the following:

• Needs to be punctual and attentive.
• Needs to pay attention to detail
• Needs to be able to work alone and trouble shoot minor problems.
• Needs to calibrate thermometer and take temperatures of rib eyes once an hour.
• Follow instructions and work well with co-workers and USDA.
• Segregate cattle on rails according to description on tags.
• Have a good attitude and must be willing to learn other Management
• Positions within the department. 

Qualifications: 

• Excellent problem solving Skills
• Knowledge of SOPs and GMPs preferred
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Great Attendance
• Able to multi task

Responsibilities: 

• Take and record 5 Rib Eye temperatures every hour
• Work directly with production workers to load rails correctly and sort Domestic, Japan and Canadian rails correctly
• Work well with the Management team to accomplish Daily goals
• Follow all SOPs and GMPs
• Program rails and place carcasses as program indications
• $23.25 - 25.50/hr base rate
