We’re seeking a Roofing Project Manager with a strong background in government or federal projects. This opportunity is based out of Texarkana, TX, but offers remote flexibility for the right candidate. You’ll manage complex, large-scale roofing projects ranging from $500,000 to $10 million, joining a team that has completed over 1.8 million square feet of roofing across the country. With a tight-knit team of 75 and consistent growth, this company is expanding fast and looking for driven professionals to grow with them. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Government Roofing Project Manager position include:- Background in government or federal roofing projects with a minimum of 1 year experience in project management- Responsible for end-to-end project oversight including scheduling, budgeting, material procurement, and team coordination- Review daily reports, validate invoices, and participate in project transition meetings- Oversee project specs, risk mitigation, subcontractor management, and vendor negotiations- Conduct site visits, schedule closeout meetings, and generate project analysis reports- Must be process-minded and efficient under pressure with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel- Open to remote candidates or those interested in relocating; must be able to travel for site visitsSalary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a PPO health plan with 70% employer coverage and optional dependent coverage. Paid time off includes 1 week in year one and 2 weeks in year two, both negotiable. Performance-based bonuses are available, and relocation or travel support is considered for top candidates.
