Job Details Position Title: Financial Analyst
Location: 15821 Ventura Blvd Ste 520, Encino, CA 91436 (Hybrid/Remote within commutable distance of Los Angeles)
Start Date: 08/25/ 2025
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5x8 (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for:
• Performing financial modeling to evaluate contract changes and new reimbursement models
• Analyzing managed care contracts for financial optimization and regulatory compliance
• Producing high-impact reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Providing strategic insight into key financial metrics and contract performance
• Supporting cross-functional teams with managed care analytics and forecasting
• Ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and internal standards
• Translating complex data into actionable insights for program development and strategic initiatives
• Creating and maintaining Excel-based financial models and reporting tools
• Standardizing internal reports and improving reporting efficiency
• Conducting benchmarking and trend analyses to identify improvement opportunities
• Preparing project updates with strategic recommendations and financial summaries
• Collaborating with internal teams to address analytical and operational challenges
• Developing presentations and reports tailored for leadership and stakeholders
Requirements Experience: • Minimum 5 years of financial analysis and reporting experience
• Prior experience in a healthcare or managed care setting required
• Proficiency in CPT, HCPCS, and ICD/Dx coding systems
Education: • Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree preferred
