Job Description

Position:  Facilities Manager

Compensation:  $95,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location:  Huntsville, Arkansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Facilities Manager  to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage facility operations including HVAC, utilities, and mechanical systems
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians
• Optimize workflow and facility layout using process engineering methodologies
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
• Develop and manage facility budgets and vendor relationships
• Plan and manage facility upgrades and equipment installations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 5 to 8 years in facility management or process engineering
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel
• Proficiency in maintenance planning tools
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Advanced degree or certifications in facility management
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• OSHA 30 Certification
