In this role, you will play an integral part in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring that every detail aligns with the overall vision and objectives of our organization. You will work closely with event coordinators and other team members to assist in the logistics, setup, and promotion of events ranging from corporate functions to public outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services. Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown of events. Assist in the preparation of event marketing materials and promotions. Coordinate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
