Extension is seeking an EHS Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety and environmental compliance programs across the facility
- Evaluate hazards and proactively manage safety risks to maintain a safe working environment
- Track and analyze safety metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety best practices and deliver training
- Influence a positive safety culture across all shifts by building relationships and leading by example
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting
- Understanding of machine guarding and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and the ability to implement policy in line with compliance requirements
- Strong initiative, communication skills, and logical problem-solving ability
Salary Information
- $85,000–$92,000 annually
- On-site in Milwaukee, WI
- Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
