This position is a full-time role that will REQUIRE relocation to a client in the United States if not already in the area. Relocation assistance is provided after the initial training period. Healthcare IT Analyst Job Responsibilities : The Healthcare IT Analyst will have primary responsibility for the design, build/configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and ongoing support for healthcare applications. This position will implement, administer, and support assigned systems under the guidance of senior team members. Understand healthcare organizations, ancillary systems, and health system operations. Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Document workflows, configure/build activities, ensure change management adherence, notify end-users, provide training information, and report status in the appropriate system. Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflows. Review system performance indicators to identify and correct errors. Escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution. Coordinate projects and facilitate meetings as necessary to complete assignments. Provide technical and functional support for systems such as Electronic Health Records platforms (Epic, Cerner), IT Project Management tools, ERP Systems (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, UKG), ITSM applications (ServiceNow), data and analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI), cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), and other digital services. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree US work authorization (no H1B, F1 OPT, STEM degrees) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills and tact Strong analytical and time management skills Self-motivated, proactive, with high initiative Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts promptly Internships or research projects in healthcare are highly desirable Understanding of data formats and data processing is preferred Willingness to relocate #J-18808-Ljbffr Optimum Healthcare IT
