Location: Guardian Tax – Irvine, CA (In-Office Only)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends

What You'll Be Doing:

Step into a pivotal role where your knowledge and insight directly impact our clients' futures. As a Tax Resolution Specialist, you'll be:

• Representing clients before the IRS
• Contacting the IRS to obtain transcripts and financial data
• Preparing and analyzing financials to determine optimal resolution strategies
• Filing and managing resolution programs including:
  Offer in Compromise
  Currently Not Collectible (CNC)
  Partial Pay Installment Agreements
  Lien Releases & Subordinations
  Audit Reconsideration
  Fresh Start Program tools
  

✅ What You Bring to the Table:

• Active Enrolled Agent license
• Minimum 1 year of direct tax resolution experience
• Solid knowledge of IRS Fresh Start Initiatives and tax investigation protocols
• Comfort managing a large, active client pipeline
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Confidence in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Perks:

• $30 – $40 / Hour (Depending on experience)
