About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team. This mid-level professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design and implement integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O applications.
• Work closely with the project management team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Assess and implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions developed.
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users and junior developers.
• Configure, manage, and maintain user security roles.
• Day-to-day administration of Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with integrations, data migrations, and customizations in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience working in a regulated environment that requires validation for certain functions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power Platform, Fabric, Azure and other Microsoft technologies is a plus.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
