What you will be doing
The Strategic Sourcing Department has an opening for a Director Strategic Sourcing Meat and Seafood, Own Brands. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic, driven and growing team within strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate is self-starting strategic sourcing professional with extensive experience in consumer goods products, including food, beverage and non-food consumables. You are a top performer who puts results first, collaborates with stakeholders and follows a robust sourcing process. You will lead a team of sourcing professionals with an annual spend responsibility that exceeds $500million. You are a problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset who is persistently looking for places to improve, is curious, and excited by the work in the field of Strategic Sourcing and private label. You are a true team player looking to learn, share, teach, and grow with the team. You are comfortable with ambiguity and understand that collaboration is a key for top results.
The position will be based inPleasanton, CA, Boise, ID, or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, Fullerton, CA, or Phoenix, AZ).
Main responsibilities
The salary range is $131,000.00 to $183,000.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). [If applicable:] Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
