We’re seeking a Director of Compensation who will bring structure, insight, and forward-thinking leadership to our total rewards strategy—directly impacting how we attract, retain, and reward talent across our U.S. operations.

You’ll lead job architecture design, pay equity analysis, market benchmarking, and compensation strategy for our distribution centers and corporate operations nationwide.

What You’ll Do
Design and manage competitive compensation programs, salary bands, and incentive plans.
Lead the development of job leveling, titles, and career path frameworks.
Conduct pay equity, internal alignment, and market benchmarking analyses.
Prepare and maintain job descriptions and classification structures.
Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to support organizational design, promotions, and performance-based compensation changes.
Administer and analyze compensation data for annual salary planning and strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and audit readiness.

What You’ll Bring
10+ years of compensation strategy and administration experience across diverse workforces.
Proven experience with job evaluation, salary structure design, and market pricing.
Strong data analysis and storytelling capabilities—Excel fluency a must (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive—able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; CCP or CMS certification. SHRM or HRCI certifications a plus.
