Join our team and bring your best self to the table. #bringyourflavor What You Will Be Doing The Director, Corporate Development, is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing transactions to meet strategic goals. The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA or one of our main regional offices Boise, ID, Dallas, TX. Main Responsibilities The Director will lead the development of detailed business cases to support strategic transactions which will include financial models, market landscapes, valuation and competitive positioning. Provide recommendations to the Executive team based on the detailed business cases. Oversee outside resources and internal cross-functional teams that provide transactional support for the diligence, structuring, negotiation and closing processes. Responsibility to manage transactions from end to end, including successful transition to integration/separation. The salary range is $160,800 to $190,100 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
