Currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a Manufacturing company in Aurora, ON.

Duties:

• Maintains database
• Prepare, compile, and sort information
• Review data for any deficiencies
• Process customer and account documents
• Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Verify and enter customer/account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data
• Eliminate duplicated data
• Test customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data
• Secure information
• Complete database backups
• Maintain customer confidence, keeping information confidential
• Contribute to team effort, helping in areas where needed
• Answer calls and direct calls when needed
• Other duties required by supervisor

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of data entry experience
• Must have experience using Microsoft Suites, especially Excel
• Warehouse and logistic is an asset
• Must be friendly, outgoing
• Must able to multi-task and answer phone lines
• Organizational, quick typing, attention to detail, computer savvy, and thorough
