Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX Heumann Topeka in Topeka, KS, for a Data Entry Clerk. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. What's in it for you? Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Able to perform basic functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Specialist and has the ability and responsibility to enter cases (data entry) and/or invoice cases.
• Responsible daily for opening and disinfection process of incoming cases as required by SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Responsible for Data Entry of all Business Unit cases.
• Packing of all Business Unit cases.
• Process shipments through FedEx Shipping Manager and UPS Worldship.
• Prepare paperwork by sorting by Business Unit to prepare for scanning (as requested).
• Enter and print doctor supplies for fulfillment.
• Follow all steps, in order, according to the Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to ensure consistency and accurate results.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• PC Literacy: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Physical Requirements:

• Vision capabilities: depth perception, attention to detail and/or color
• Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 60 pounds
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
