🔍 About the RoleThis is not your typical customer service job . You won’t be answering phones or sitting behind a desk. As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be out in the community, representing life-changing causes at live events, pop-ups, and public spaces.
You’ll have meaningful conversations that educate, inspire, and mobilize the public to take action.
🧩 ResponsibilitiesRepresent nonprofit and advocacy campaigns at in-person events and community outreach activations
Deliver clear, empathetic messaging that builds public awareness and support
Engage the public with professionalism, positivity, and purpose
Build trust and rapport with community members and potential supporters
Collaborate with your outreach team to maximize campaign success and visibility
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for advocacy, community organizing, or public engagement
Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented mindset
Quick learner who adapts well to fast-paced environments
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
