Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Cincinnati, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Traveling Superintendent position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Managing project budgets and schedules
· Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
· Providing attention to detail and organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· 5-10 years of experience running projects in restaurant construction
· Experience running projects from $100k - $5 million in size
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Must be willing to travel 100%
Salary Range: $75-85K
