Picture your day managing top-tier CNC machines, executing machining operations from turning to tapping with flawless precision. All while following stringent safety standards and ensuring your work environment remains pristine.

Your Role:

• Accurately utilize and comprehend process instructions and verbal directives.
• Construct and adjust chuck jaws as tasks demand.
• Install and secure tools in machine turrets for operations.
• Comprehend the use of hand-operated tools where necessary.
• Ensure effective setup and minor tweaking of CNC programs.
• Implement tight machining tolerances through CNC manipulations.
• Assess and modify operating coordinates reflecting tool and material demands.
• Resolve common CNC malfunctions smoothly.
• Mentor entry-level machinists.
• Set and confirm preset gauge precision.
• Partner with programmers and teams to rectify challenges.
• Inspect and uphold the accuracy of all crafted components, documenting processes diligently.
• Capacity to oversee various machines and adjust per departmental needs.
• ERP system data entry and manage components up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications We Seek:

• Due to federal restrictions, must be a 'U.S. Person.'
• Sustained experience with CNC machines installed control knowledge.
• Education: high school certificate or an analogous vocational background.
• Proficiency in machining operations and math adequacy.
• Understand intricate plans and blueprints with clarity.
• Demonstrate scores in mechanical aptitude if external hires apply.
• Physical demand to constantly manage 50 lbs and sustain full-shift standing.
