Compensation:
LMSW : $36.20 – $40.49/hour
LCSW : $31.55 – $42.52/hour

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to provide therapeutic services to clients ages 5 and up in a supportive and collaborative outpatient setting. As a Clinical Therapist, you will:
Provide individual and group therapy for patients experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Establish and maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for healing and recovery.
Document all services in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment planning.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide mental health crisis evaluations in emergency departments.
Required : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Art Therapy, or Nursing.
Preferred : PhD in a related field.
Required : Active LMSW, LCSW, or other NYS licensure (e.g., LMHC, RN, CAT) eligible to practice independently.
Valid NYS driver’s license in good standing.
Required : BLS certification (via RQI system during orientation).
Required : CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
Required : Minimum 1 year working in a mental health or hospital setting.
Preferred : 3 years in outpatient behavioral health.
