Cigna Pharmacy Operations and Strategy, Managing Director Join to apply for the Cigna Pharmacy Operations and Strategy, Managing Director role at The Cigna Group Overview As Product Operations and Cigna Pharmacy Strategy leader, this role leads product operations across medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy solutions for Cigna Healthcare U.S., as well as leading Cigna Pharmacy strategy. Reporting to the General Manager of Cigna Pharmacy, this role oversees portfolio and program management, operational effectiveness, business excellence, training, analytics, compliance, strategic operations, and governance. Responsibilities Lead operational readiness, business excellence, and issue management within the Cigna Pharmacy team. Manage business architecture, solution management, regulatory compliance, communication, reporting, analytics, training, and sales readiness. Develop and implement long-term pharmacy strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities and risks. Define strategic goals, align stakeholders, monitor initiatives, and evaluate organizational performance. Qualifications Minimum 10 years in healthcare, with pharmacy experience in PBMs, health plans, or related fields. Advanced degree (MBA/MHA) preferred. Deep understanding of pharmacy supply chain economics and healthcare organization dynamics. Proven leadership in building relationships, influencing at the executive level, and driving operational and strategic initiatives.
