Change Manager and Trainer

As a digital transformation specialist, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvements is cru cia l for your client's future. You're eager to apply your experience and full Navy submarine force knowledge to develop creative solutions. We're looking for someone like you to use your knowledge and help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.
As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you'll have a direct impact on the Navy. You'll e nga ge with your customer to analyze their environment and deliver process improvement strategies. You'll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design to help your team develop a change strategy to facilitate the process. As on sit e change management support, your clients will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle.

You Have: \n - 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
\n - 3+ years of experience managing and delivering process improvement projects
\n - 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior military officers
\n - 3+ years of experience with program training in a professional work environment
\n - Knowledge of continuous process improvement practices
\n - Secret clearance
\n - Bachelor's degree
\n - Change Management Certification
\n

Nice If You Have: \n - Experience with the Navy
\n - Experience with Micro sof t SharePoint or Power Platform
\n - Knowledge of Navy Lean Six Sigma practices
\n - Knowledge of business process reengineering practices
\n - Ability to execute and lead process improvement projects
\n - Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
