GovFirst is now hiring Snow Plow Operators for the 2025-2026 winter season for various Virginia locations. Whether you're a seasoned CDL driver or an independent owner-operator, we want YOU on our winter response team.

Open Locations in these below districts for these residencies:

• Culpeper, VA (Charlottesville, Louisa, Warrenton)
• Fredericksburg, VA (Fredericksburg, Northern Neck, Saluda)
• Hampton Roads, VA (Accomac, Franklin, Williamsburg)
• Lynchburg, VA (Appomattox, Farmville, Halifax)
• Salem, VA (Bedford, Christiansburg, Martinsville, Salem)
• Stauton, VA (Edinburg, Harrisonburg, Lexington)

Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate plow trucks and apply salt/de-icer along designated route.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after shifts.
• Follow route maps and communicate with dispatchers.
• Maintain safe driving practices during hazardous conditions.

Requirements

• CDL Class A/B or valid driver's license.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
• Availability for overnight/weekend shifts during snow events
• Snow plowing experience required
