Position: Call Center Representative

Duration: PERM

Location: Hybrid in 3 days a week preferred Pittsburgh, PA 15219 ;

Hours: 8:30a-6:30p (35 hours a week)

Rate: $15/hr. + commission

Interview Process: 1 and done 30-minute Teams call with HR

Requirements:

• Interest in sales and/or customer service environment
• Clear, direct, and effective communication skills – this is crucial for cold calling
• Ability to work independently
• Problem solver mindset

Plusses:

• Background in customer service: call center, restaurant, retail, or hospitality

Additional Notes:

• Guaranteed $17/hr. if they don’t hit their commission quota
• Commission is paid out every two weeks (each pay cycle)
• For every 7 appointments set, commission is $200 (please refer to attachment above)
• Choose your hours after the first two weeks as they fall within timeframe above

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking 4 Call Center Representatives to join their team. The responsibilities of these resources will include:

• Cold calling on client’s behalf to set appointments
• Clients fall in the insurance and financial industry
• Representatives should target 7 approved appointments set each cycle
• Coordinating admin tasks as the meetings are set/scheduled
• May have to be responsible for cleaning up a leads sheet up every so often
• There is no lead generation
