Position: Body Shop Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Body Shop Manager to lead our collision center team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the body shop team including estimators, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Manage production flow to ensure repairs are completed on time and to OEM quality standards.
- Maintain relationships with insurance companies, vendors, and customers.
- Oversee parts ordering, cost control, and shop profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Implement and monitor performance goals, KPIs, and training initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support when needed to keep workflow on track.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a collision center or automotive repair facility (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of insurance procedures, estimating systems (CCC, Mitchell, etc.), and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
