Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist and MOHs surgeon

Location Options: Encinitas and Vista CA
Schedule: Flexible – Full-Time, Part-Time Options Available
Base Salary Range: $450,000–$500,000 + Productivity Bonuses

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $450,000–$500,000
• Generous productivity-based compensation model
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available

What We're Looking For

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologists and MOHs
• 2025 and 2026 Dermatology MOHs fellows are welcome to apply
• Active California medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Desire to shape your own practice mix and schedule
