Job Details

ROLE OVERVIEW: You'll work directly with partners representing corporate debtors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings, with significant responsibility and client interaction from the start. The firm's 1:1 partner-to-associate ratio ensures exceptional mentorship and professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft bankruptcy pleadings, motions, and disclosure documents
• Participate in bankruptcy court hearings alongside partners
• Analyze financial data and transaction documents
• Research complex legal issues in bankruptcy and restructuring
• Support all phases of Chapter 11 proceedings
• Engage with clients under partner guidance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• JD from a well-regarded law school (minimum 3.4 GPA)
• 2-6 years of bankruptcy experience at a reputable firm
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Delaware bar admission or willingness to take the exam
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
