We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead regional marketing initiatives within the cardiovascular therapeutic area, focusing on engaging Thought Leaders, executing regional meetings, and delivering impactful programs to Healthcare Professionals in Manhattan, NY, Stamford, CT, and Philadelphia, PA. Travel up to 50% within the territory is expected. Key Responsibilities Engage and develop Thought Leaders, generate insights, and support brand strategy execution. Lead congress and regional convention planning, including company presence and TL meetings. Manage speaker bureau activities, develop faculty, and enhance speaker programs. Implement local marketing initiatives and tailor brand materials to regional needs. Generate insights and collaborate with field teams to optimize engagement and execution. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, 5-7 years in pharma/biotech with 2+ years in cardiovascular, proven strategic and relationship skills, and willingness to travel 50%+. Preferred: Degree in life sciences, residence near the territory, experience in sales training, account management, or market access.
