A leading exterior restoration contractor is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support ongoing concrete repair and waterproofing projects throughout the Naples and Fort Myers region.

This firm specializes in technically challenging restoration work on occupied commercial and multifamily properties, including concrete repair, façade upgrades, and waterproofing systems. As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll work alongside seasoned PMs and field leadership to help drive project delivery - from preconstruction through closeout.

This role is best suited to candidates who already have hands-on experience in concrete restoration or waterproofing and are looking to step into a structured project management path. However, more experienced professionals with a restoration background who are ready for a Project Manager role are also encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Support budget management and cost tracking alongside senior PMs
• Perform regular site visits to monitor production, quality, and safety
• Communicate with field crews, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with project startup, closeout, and documentation handoff

Candidate requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in concrete restoration or waterproofing — essential
• Familiarity with façade systems, structural repair, and coating or sealant work
• Comfortable reading construction drawings and scopes of work
• Based in Naples or Fort Myers — not a remote or travel-based position, but can provide some flexibility if necessary
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; construction software experience preferred
