Job Description

The Editor will be responsible for editing, proofreading, and publishing agent-facing short- and long-form content. A key aspect of this role is upholding service level agreements and operational excellence standards, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and customer obsession. Experience in one or more content management systems and content structures is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Technical Writers, WFS PMs, and PXT stakeholders to deliver on requests to update and publish content in our Content Management System (CMS) within defined contact SLAs and delivery timelines.
• Review and edit written content for grammar and spelling, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Transform segments of the content portfolio from single-use to a reusable “headless” content structure, chunking unstructured long-form content into structured components.
• Audit existing content and edit for consistency across all content.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of editing experience OR 4+ bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, editorial, English or a related field
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• High attention to detail
• Good judgment and open communication
• Experience editing content to align with a style guide
• Advanced English language skills with full proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation (minimum C1)
• Experience working with reusable or “headless" content

Top Must-have hard skills

• MS Suite
• 2+ years of editing experience (can be from internships or work during college)
