\nKelly Services, in partnership with Cummins, is now hiring Production Associates (Assemblers) for immediate openings on 1st shift in Oshkosh, WI .

\n Shift & Pay: \n

\n\t
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM\n\t
• Pay: $22/hour\n

\n What You’ll Be Doing as a Production Associate: \n\n

\n\t
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently, with minimal supervision\n\t
• Manufacture and assemble products using both manual and automated tools to meet quality and dimensional specifications. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, micrometers, and torque wrenches to ensure accuracy and precision.\n\t
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations\n\t
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe behaviors and helping ensure an injury-free workplace\n\t
• Develop your skills in a team-oriented, inclusive, and growth-focused work environment\n

\n 
\n This Job Could Be a Great Fit If You: \n\n

\n\t
• Are at least 18 years old\n\t
• Have mechanical aptitude\n\t
• Have experience using hand and power tools\n\t
• Experience reading blueprints\n\t
• Have previous experience in heavy manufacturing or assembly (preferred but not required)\n
