Role Overview:

 Liithos (in collaboration with Studio Zubio) is looking for a creatively curious, tech-savvy  AI Artist / AI Technical Director  to join our growing on-site team in Draper, Utah. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a bachelor’s degree in animation, video editing, or filmmaking who’s eager to experiment with generative AI tools and help shape how we integrate them into storytelling, character design, and production.

You’ll generate AI-based imagery and motion content, support the development of repeatable AI workflows, and help build visual pipelines that translate directly into interactive and narrative media. You won’t just push buttons—you’ll help define what creative AI actually  means  in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools to generate, refine, and remix visual content for games, comics, social media, and more
• Assist in building clean outputs usable across multiple storytelling formats (games, animation, publishing)
• Collaborate with creative directors, artists, and developers to execute on wild ideas and polished deliverables
• Support internal workflow development with platforms like ComfyUI or Stable Diffusion
• Maintain organized batch pipelines for generating large volumes of visual content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree  in Animation, Video Editing, Film-Making, Digital Media, or a related field (required)
• Strong visual storytelling instincts and an eye for stylized design
• Excitement about creative AI and the future of generative workflows
• Basic familiarity with software like Photoshop, Premiere, or After Effects
• Willingness to learn AI tools like ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc.
• Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a high-experimentation environment
• Experience Level: Entry Level

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):

• Familiarity with web-first game engines or animation tools
• Light scripting (Python, Node)
• Knowledge of 3D production tools (e.g., Maya, Blender)
• Interest in satire, influencer culture, or stylized character design
