Job Description

In this role, you will be given responsibility to deliver solutions to our business users for Agentic AI solutions. This will involve taking something from conception, to design, to development and implementation. For this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of total IT experience ideally in a ML, AI, Data Science type of background or data background.
• Experience building Agentic AI solutions and agentic workflows. Working with large datasets.
• Either experience with the Databricks framework (this could be with Databricks itself, or say Mosaic or Anthropic) OR experience with AI solutions with Azure such as Co-Pilot
• Statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role and in this role, you will need to have some experience building Agentic AI solutions. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Architect and develop Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions for Agentic AI, Generative AI, and ML.
• Utilize Python and relevant data science libraries, leveraging MLflow.
• Provide technical guidance on AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Assist in development and documentation of standards for ethical and regulatory-compliant AI usage.
• Stay current with AI advancements, contributing to the team's knowledge and expertise.
• Perform hands-on data wrangling and AI model development

Our teams are primarily based in Denver, CO so we are looking for you to be based in the Denver area . We typically work in our Denver office Tue, Wed, and Thu each week. Monday and Friday where you can work from home.
