• An extensive background—5+ years in CNC Lathe manipulation, with aerospace being a distinct advantage.
• Prior exposure to Mazak and Nakamura machinery is a noteworthy benefit.
• A solid grasp of CNC mechanisms and tools.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical documentation.
• Ability to skillfully utilize measurement devices (calipers, micrometers) with confidence.
• Attentiveness to detail and sophisticated problem-solving aptitude.
• Flexible teamwork and independent work capabilities.
• Strong communication and an uplifting attitude.
